It is a great honor and pleasure for us to invite you to the 18th Turkish Hepato Pancreato Biliary Surgery Congress and the 9th Hepato Pancreato Biliary Surgery Nursing Congress, which will be held on October 27–30, 2027, at Antalya Royal Seginus Hotel and Convention Center.
Since its establishment in 1989, our Association has brought together professionals devoted to hepatopancreatobiliary surgery under one roof and has pioneered scientific and professional development in the field. This long-standing mission continues to be crowned with visionary academic and clinical educational initiatives such as the “International HPB Surgery School,” the “Turkish HPB Surgery School,” the “HPB Radar Journal,” “I Have Surgery Next Week,” the “HPB Surgery National Consultation Meetings,” and various Regional Meeting and Course projects.
Hepatopancreatobiliary surgery is one of the fastest-growing and increasingly important fields of general surgery. As is well known, innovations in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, current developments in organ transplantation and oncologic surgery, together with the remarkable advances in medical technology, are profoundly shaping our surgical practice. Our aim is to discuss all current developments in our field and the main topics of the congress in an interactive environment with distinguished national and international experts. Based on the multidisciplinary approach that modern hepatopancreatobiliary surgery necessitates, we would also like to emphasize that many esteemed colleagues from different medical disciplines will join us in this scientific gathering.
We firmly believe that we will organize an inspiring congress worthy of the history of the Turkish Hepato Pancreato Biliary Surgery Association, maintaining the highest academic standards and offering scientific and social excellence.
