The official language of the meeting is Turkish, and simultaneous interpretation will be provided during English presentations.
If requested, an invitation letter will be issued by the Organizing Secretariat to participants in order to obtain permission from their affiliated institutions.
All participants are required to wear their badges in order to access the congress center.
Pharmaceutical and medical company exhibition stands will be open for visits throughout the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, participants will be provided with a certificate confirming their attendance at the congress. The certificate of participation will be made available online via the website after the congress ends.
