REGISTRATION

• VAT (20%) will be added to the above prices.
• The registration fee must be deposited to the bank account specified below, and the payment receipt must be sent via e-mail to the meeting organizing secretariat at hpb2027@topkon.com.
• The registration fee includes: bag, badge, final program, and certificate of attendance.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• The above accommodation prices include accommodation tax; VAT (10%) will be added.
• The prices are based on a 3-night package and will be applied as a fixed package rate.
• The Royal Seginus Hotel accommodation package includes: 3 nights’ accommodation (check-in 27 October 2027 – check-out 30 October 2027), open buffet breakfast, lunch at the congress hotel on scientific program days, dinner, coffee breaks, and access to exhibition area and meeting rooms.
• The accommodation package fee must be deposited to the bank account specified below, and the payment receipt must be sent via e-mail to the meeting organizing secretariat.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Topkon Congress and Event Services.
• For cancellations made before 1 August 2027, 10% bank charges will be deducted from the paid registration & accommodation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after 1 August 2027.
• After 1 August 2027, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
